Hoskins Travel LLC d/b/a Vencresa™ ("Vencresa", "we", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Vencresa platform (the "Service") to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

1. Filing a Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material on the Service infringes your copyright, please send our Designated Copyright Agent a written notice ("Notice") that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URLs work best).
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete Notices may not be actionable. Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that material is infringing.

2. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside (or, if outside the U.S., the district where Vencresa may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original Notice or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the removed material in 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.

3. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate the accounts of users who are determined, in our sole discretion, to be repeat infringers.
