We want you to be fully satisfied with your Vencresa subscription. If you are not happy with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription start date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net and follow their refund request process, or
- Email us at support@hoskinstravel.com with your order details and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.
Refund Eligibility
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
